SPRING SALAD WITH CHIA
One of the simplest salads within our growing repertoire of chia enhanced recipes.
- 1 bundle of spinach (approximately what you can fit firmly in one hand, 125 – 250 grams, or ½ – 1 cup)
- 1 beet boiled and sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- ½ kg. (Approximately 2 cups) cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 Zors Food scoops of chia seeds
- Sea salt to taste
- Juice from half a lemon
- Mild olive oil
Prep al the vegetables and toss together or place them prettily in a bowl (your choice). Prep the dressing mix. Dress the salad seconds before serving.
