MULTICOLORED SALAD

MULTICOLORED SALAD WITH CHIA

Multi-colored usually translates as nutrient packed. This fresh salad must be one of the prettiest and easiest to make.

Ingredients

  • 5 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1 raw beet shredded
  • ½ a cup (Approximately 100 grs.) soy sprouts
  • ½ a cup (Approximately 100 grs.) yellow corn
  • 4 Zors Food scoops of chia seeds

 

Dressing

  • Sea salt to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of beer yeast

 

Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and toss. In a different container mix the salt and the lemon juice with the beer yeast until the yeast dissolves. Dress the vegetables moments before serving.
