MIXED SALAD WITH CHIA
A delicious and replenishing vegan protein packed salad.
- 1 cup cauliflower heads
- 1 cup broccoli heads
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (approximately 200 grs) baked beans (choose the kind of your linking)
- 4 Zors Food Scoops of chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp soy mayonnaise*
- Parsley leaves to taste

5 tablespoons soy milk • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil or mild olive oil
Juice from ½ a lemon • Pinch of salt • 1 clove garlic (Optional)

Pour soymilk in blender and gently add the oil, using the lowest speed until you get a smooth consistency.
Prep all the vegetables and mix with the type of beans you would prefer to use. Don’t forget to add the 4 scoops of chia seeds for that extra nutritional boost. Now, let’s get on with the dressing.
Dress the salad with 2 tbsp. of soy mayonnaise and add the lightly chopped parsley leaves on top for a nice decor and tasty twist. Enjoy!
