APPLE, PEAR, KIWI AND CHIA
An apple a day keeps the doctors away… Include this refreshing apple, pear and chia combo in your diet and enjoy.
- 3 whole red apples (including the apple cores)
- 3 whole pears (include the pear cores)
- 4 Zors Food scoops full of chia seeds
Juice the apples and pears, cores and all. Then, pour the juice in a blender and blend with as much ice as you want and 4 Zors Food scoops of chia seeds. Prepare right before drinking.
