APPLE AND SOY SPROUTS

APPLE AND SOY SPROUTS

This salad is the ideal mixture of sweetness, acidity and flavorful healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples chopped into small pieces(toss out the hearts)
  • 4 thinly chopped celery stalks
  • ½ cup (approximately 100 grs.) of soy sprouts
  • 4 Zors Food scoops of chia seeds
  • Sea salt to taste

 

Dressing

  • 4 Tbsp soy mayonnaise
  • *Soy Mayonnaise Ingredients5 tablespoons soy milk • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil or mild olive oil
    Juice from ½ a lemon • Pinch of salt • 1 clove garlic (Optional)
  • *Soy Mayonnaise PreparationPour soymilk in blender and gently add the oil, using the lowest speed until you get a smooth consistency.

 

Method

Prep all your vegetables and make your soy mayonnaise. Lightly dress all the ingredients with the Soy Mayonnaise and add seasoning to taste.
